What’s an “alkaline” food?

There are acidic foods known as acidifying foods and alkalizing foods also known as alkalis. While acidic foods cause demineralisation of the organism with risks of metabolic diseases, alkaline foods will help preserve the organism by maintaining a better “acid-base” balance. The objective to maintain a better health is, therefore, to consume as much alkaline as possible and to avoid acidic foods.

Move and sweat to fight acids :

If poor nutrition can cause acidity, so can stress. We currently live in a society where anxiety is a common feature of our daily lives. However, even if this is not obvious, it would be wise to reduce your stress level to live a better, healthier life by reducing the presence of acids in your body. There are many solutions: In addition to sports, talking to a loved one, changing your mind, taking a break from your busy schedule, etc. Learn to take a few minutes every day to relax and you will find that your stress will be greatly reduced, and your body’s acids will also be reduced.
